No two of us are alike, so why should our yoga practice and nutrition be any different. When you come to my yoga classes, you will always have plenty of variations to choose from to suit your needs on that day. I encourage a supportive, relaxed environment for you to explore and find what works best for you.

As in yoga, I take the same approach to my nutrition consulting. We all have different tastes, lifestyles and needs. I will work with you to create a plan and recommendations that not only meets your requirements, but also is easy to implement.
